Rental Terms & Conditions

Planning your dream vacation in Florida? In our modern vacation villa in Fort Myers Beach, you will enjoy sunshine, comfort, and pure relaxation.

Please take note of the following rental terms and conditions for our Villa Bayside Beach:

Minimum Stay

The minimum rental period is 14 nights, for February and March 28 nights.

Shorter stays may be possible upon request — just contact us!

You can reach us by phone, email, or WhatsApp to check the availability for your preferred travel dates.

Rental Rates & Occupancy

The listed rental price applies to up to 4 guests.

For up to two additional guests, we charge an extra fee of €22.00 per night (low season) and €27.00 per night (high season).

All rental prices include 6.5% Sales Tax and 5% Tourist Tax.

High Season (Christmas & Easter)

During the Christmas and Easter holidays, a minimum stay of 14 nights applies.

We recommend booking early to secure your preferred travel dates!

Final Cleaning & Grill

The final cleaning fee is USD 400 and is payable on site.

If the stainless steel grill is not cleaned after use, an additional cleaning charge of USD 50 will apply.

Electricity Usage

The rental price includes USD 35 of electricity consumption per week.

Any additional usage will be charged at USD 0.17 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) and deducted from the security deposit.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €800 is required and must be paid before your arrival. The deposit will be promptly refunded after check-out and a successful inspection of the property.

A travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
